The cocoa mass coated NÉGERCSÓK LIGHT foam pastry contains 63% less sugar than the traditional version. Sugar contents of the product’s foam filling is reduced by 14,5%, therefore it is low in sugar meeting the requirements of today’s needs. Due to maltit, an ingredient substituting regular sugar, the product has a laxative effect if consumed in larger quantitives. As a result of continouos innovation the texture and the flavour of the traditional product is no match to that of the improved one, recalling the flavour of the finest homemade cakes.

Who doesn’t remember Grandma’s famous raspberry foam? Raspberry flavour appeared even amongst the earliest flavours of Négercsók product family. Many remembered and had been looking for it in shops with no result. By reintroducing raspberry foam Négercsók to the market a longterm costumer need was satisfied by our co-operation. Accordingly Négercsók LIGHT RASPBERRYFOAM does not contain synthetic flavouring and colouring material. Its flavour, colour and pleasant smell comes from the real raspberry concentrate that equals 16% natural fruit content. It is worth to taste!
