- 1 large aubergine
- 1 large clove of garlic (crushed)
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation
Place the aubergine in an oven preheated to 220°C for 20 minutes. Once it has cooled slightly, peel off the skin, then blend together with the remaining ingredients in a bowl using a hand blender.
