Tuna fish cream with mayonnaise

Ingredients for 4 servings
- 8 slices of Abonett bran extruded bread
- 2 cans of tuna in oil
- 1 small red onion
- 1 bunch of parsley
- A little lemon juice
- 2–3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2–4 tbsp yoghurt
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Drain the tuna and place in a deep bowl, then mash with a fork. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Finely grate the onion and mix into the tuna.
Add the chopped parsley, mayonnaise, and yoghurt, and mix well.
